I don’t drink coffee anymore or feel the need to since taking the Shilajit in tablet form. (I take 2 a day, but Ron let me know I could take more if I like.) It gives me good stable energy, whereas with coffee it can make me feel mean.

I've tried many different brands of shilajit and this is the best i've had! highly recommend. I love mixing it in with my cacao.
